CLIENT
OneBeacon Insurance Group
SCOPE
After redesigning OneBeacon’s corporate site in 1999, I was asked to create a seamless visual-brand integration for their twelve business unit microsites. The new approach had to be flexible enough to demonstrate each businesses’ expertise, be built with expedience and align with the corporate brand.
In October 2020, OneBeacon went through a rebrand to Intact Specialty Solutions to align with their Canadian owners. At that time, their website was relaunched. However, much of the site’s architecture and design layout remained consistent to the redesign of the previous year. Below are a few examples of their business microsites.

CLIENT
Confidential Insurance Provider
PROJECT
In collaboration with a prominent consulting firm, I had the opportunity to evolve this Client’s brand. I brought to life their mission of simplifying auto insurance by crafting a lively visual style for their social media posts and email communications. Drawing inspiration from the iconic imagery of automobiles, I infused these assets with a sense of playfulness, using driving-related language and portraying a car in different scenarios.
CLIENT
Cisco
SCOPE
Teaming up with Envision Marketing Group, I had the opportunity to collaborate with Cisco on a branding project for one of their internal sales organizations. Our goal was to represent the 3 distinct regions of the group within a single mark. Together with the team, we came up with symbolic references for each region, which I ultimately integrated into a cohesive logomark that was on point with the Cisco brand.
CLIENT
OneBeacon Insurance Group (now Intact Specialty Solutions)
SCOPE
This project entailed a comprehensive website overhaul for a specialty insurance organization. Collaborating closely with their internal Marketing and IT teams, we embarked on a ground-up rethink of the site's architecture. Leveraging insights from previous site analytics and feedback from their customer call center, we streamlined the user experience, ensuring faster access to vital information.
Furthermore, we tailored the homepage to cater to the distinct needs of their three primary audience segments. To execute this project efficiently, we embraced an Agile approach, employing Scrum and Jira for streamlined development.
In October 2020, OneBeacon underwent a company-wide rebrand to become Intact Specialty Solutions, aligning with their Canadian owners. During this transition, the website was rebranded but much of the core architecture and design elements established during the previous year’s redesign were maintained.

Rubbish to Runway showcases wearable art to raise funds for Long Way Home, a charitable organization that uses sustainable design and materials to construct self-sufficient schools.
As Rubbish to Runway had grown, websites were created ad hoc to promote events happening around the USA creating a disjointed brand experience. By creating one website to promote all the shows as well as a place to purchase tickets, donate and volunteer, users were presented with a more cohesive, brand experience.
